About this site
Undead Cameras was launched by Rod Lawton to celebrate all the great digital cameras of the past that have been sidelined, superseded, discontinued and just plain forgotten. Progress is inevitable, but sometimes it progresses into areas and technologies that don't really interest us and leaves behind ideas and designns that do.
Undead Cameras runs on the Ghost platform and offers free public content, additional content for subscribers (soon), together with the ability for subscribers to add and respond to comments. Subscribers will also get email newsletters about new content when it's available. Subscribing is free, it makes this site possible, and encourages me to keep producing content about camera gear which I think is still important, still valid and useful today, and which deserves proper recognition. Thank you!
